COMFORT ZONE - A STORY OF A Dwarf
A few minutes ago, meditation came to us as the best thing we could do for ourselves, and now we think it's better to go wash the dishes. Why did a completely contradictory idea suddenly win?
"Dreams are powerful. I've heard of one technique. About a "twin”. In a dream world, you create a "twin”, what you want to be. And then you ask them to teach you what they are. It's about training yourself. That's how you can become anything you want. What can you tell me about it, please? I'm quite interested in it, because dreams are my specialty :) I have terribly vivid dreams every night. Sometimes I remember three dreams a night that I dreamed. "
Dreams are really powerful and they tell us a lot of necessary information. They give us the opportunity to wake up from automatic behavior and completely control our lives, including the dream one, with lucid dreaming. It's a great training for our consciousness. However, the technique you describe is unnecessarily complicated to perform. Personally, I haven't tried it, but the idea of creating my own twin in a lucid dream, which will then teach me and I'll keep myself in a lucid dream for such a long time, is really a bit challenging. Let's simplify and streamline it a bit and we will have a great "auto coaching". We will put the whole process that you describe in your question not into a dream, but into meditation.
How you handle the information is up to you.
It takes a firm will to go your own way.
Tip: Use this exercise for a charismatic twin who naturally controls astral travel.
