I overcame the fear and I ascended

Monika is a wonderful energetic young lady with whom it was a pleasure to meet and discover the hidden corners of our life in the form of astral travel. Thank you for a beautifully written life story:

“I basically came to the topic of astral travel as a blind person to the violin. I have always been interested in spirituality, mysticism, inexplicable phenomena, simply "something between heaven and earth". And so it happened that somebody appeared in my life - she was my roommate, who also has the same surname as me - which certainly could not be coincidence. And this little human sprouted a seed of curiosity, as we had long and very interesting discussions about that topic.

As a result, I too became actively interested in astral travel as such and had a great desire to experience it, but I had respect for it and preferred to take my time. Soon, however, strange feelings during sleep (occasionally awakening) began, such as incredible tinnitus, a feeling of somebody being in the room, sleep paralysis, realizing that my body was asleep, but the mind was already awake, I saw strange images, as if opening a door to some other dimension ... I was always terrified and immediately ordered the body to wake up, because at that time I already felt my astral body was about to ascend. Since it was an unknown feeling, it is always in human nature to put aside everything unknown - just as I always did.

Everything broke when I met Sidris and Teri, with whom I managed to ascend for the first time. It is a feeling that must be experienced, very difficult to describe. For example, I thought the astral body would be similar to my real body, but for example, when I ascended, I didn't feel my hands, I felt I didn't have them, and I couldn't move - as if I forgot how to do it.

But not to overreach… after a thorough release with Sidris I was totally calm, relaxed and I already felt my astral double, and thanks to Teri, I could clearly feel how she was helping me to “pull” my so-called astral double. And then it suddenly happened… I found myself in a black void… a few seconds passed, and since the hour was advanced and I was very tired, I couldn't stay out of my body for a long time and followed a sharp bump back into my body. My chest physically was aching when my astral double landed.

It was all new and unknown, and then, as soon as I was home and absorbed everything, I found that another door had opened, in the form of a lucid dream that I had learned. Thanks to Sidris and Teri, I can observe a time when the physical body is still asleep while my mind is already awake and dreaming consciously - I even entered my boyfriend’s dream. He spoke to me, I heard his voice, and after waking up I told him my experiences, and he confirmed to me that he had had a dream where I appeared to him and he spoke to me exactly what I heard.

This really has to be experienced, and I wish everyone could experience it as well - because that's what makes this life extraordinary and magical ... ”
